Reflection 11(edited, done it with yong quan)

The group is making a YOG related shirt. It will include the mascots and the slogans of YOG. It would be in red in colour.
As I did not attend lesson 11 I am not to sure of which direction to head. I feel that improving the design would be a good idea.
I learnt many things about the yog through the research made. I learnt that there are 2 mascots and 26 sports in the YOG.
I think we should design the shirt then ask the public for opinions on how to improve the shirt so that more people will like it.

reflection on lesson 12

today,

we passed Mrs Neo our sketches for the design for the shirt and she said that we can either do more sketches to have more choices to come up with or do the finalized product and make some changes to the design that we had shown her. in the end, we would have to take some photos and post it on the blog, that would be Yi Hong's job as i am the one sketching and he will be the one taking the photos, finally, i will pass the designs to Tze Hee to decide on which design first before passing to Yong Quan to print out. i think the most difficult part of the project was to sketch out the designs as the design related to YOG are very hard. but as the saying goes, no pain no gain. so i will still continue to strive hard and assist my teammates in every aspect.

reflection on lesson 11

today, i found out that i had missed out on something crucial!!! i forgot to add in some crucial questions for the design of the shirt(like:should the shirt be long or short sleeve) and as a result we faced some problems here and there.but not to worry, i will try my best to make amends and come out with a better design then the one i had earlier planned. i should be able to finish the design in one and a half weeks time. pls encourage me further. thx

reflection on lesson 10

hi everyone, so sorry about forgetting to do my reflections. i sincerely hope to remember to do my reflections from now onwards. anyway. my duty during lesson 10 was to sketch out a design with Yi Hong for the shirt and then pass it to Yong Quan who is in charge of locating the shop. i have given him a suggestion which is near my house at toa payoh. i will try to do my best to finish the design ASAP and pass it to Yong Quan. Gd luck guys.

Reflection On Lesson 12

Today,

We shown Mrs Neo, our IPW teacher and was told to amend some of the sketches and we continued on the slogans, designs, mascots which should be present on the shirt. We were then told to take a picture of our finalized work and post it on the blog.

I felt that the most difficult part of the project is sketching out our T-Shirts. However, the carrying out of survey was more time consuming. Our group spread out to different MRT stations consuming lots of time. Despite the time consumption, teamwork and commitment is important. We are supposed to write our individual reflection each week and I was dutiful in carrying out those task despite the tight schedule of tuition, enrichment classes and CCA activities.

*Tze Hee please do your reflection for lesson 11 like what yong quan did even though you were not present please catch up

*Marcus please do those reflections which you missed out that now you have your macbook.

That day, yongquan and I went or NCC training, thus, we missed lesson 11, but we will still try to catch up with the group.

this lesson we came up with the design and made a sketch of the t-shirt, the t-shirt includes the most common things that could be seen in the YOG. we forgot some question we should have included in our survey we decided ourselves.even though we got the idea already and even started sketching.there is still alot more to do before we complete the project.so we must work together and strive to achive the best we could.

Lesson 10

this lesson done most of our works and the sketching of the design of the t-shirts has started.The survey results help out alot in the sketching of the design. My job for the shirt is to find out where is the cheapest and the best place to create our shirts. Most likely we will be making the shirt at toa payoh as the offer a reasonable price. At the rate we are going the shirt would be done very soon.

As i went for my NCC training i did not attend the lesson so i am not sure of what has happened. I will try my best to catch up next week.

Reflection On Lesson 11

Today,

Only three of us, Teng Kok Kwin, Teoh Yi Hong and me were present for the IPW class as both Teo Yong Quan and Tay Tze Hee went for their NCC activities.

The three of us sketched out our drawings, agreeing that at both sides of the sleeves would be a Olympic 5 circle ring. Singapore Flag on our around our left side of our chest, the YOG symbol on the right and the mascots one in the front and one at the back. Our T-Shirts are long sleeve. The final sketch would be posted by either Teng Kok Kwin or Teoh Yi Hong.

10th reflection

today we done some brainstorming about the product and we have started on our "jobs". Me and marcus shall do the sketching while yong quan find the shop to make t shirts in Toa Payoh. So we will continue with our work next lesson, and if this pace keeps up, we will be done soon and we will be able to get ready to do the next thing such as preparing the oral presentation and so on

Reflection 10

My classmate Wayne, posted the survey results on the post before his reflection. So today, we decided to think of the designs on or T-shirt, Marcus and Yi Hong sketch designs of the T-shirts. Yong Quan will be in-charge of the printing of the designs which is somewhere in Toa-Payoh. So, our team will be creating more designs next lesson to find which is the best and creative designs.

Reflection On Lesson 10

Today,

I had posted the tabulated survey results in the previous post.

Today what my team and I did was decide on the designs of our T-shirts. As mentioned in the earlier reflection few weeks ago, Teoh Yi Hong and Teng Kok Kwin, would sketch out the logo and agreed designs of the T-shirt on a peice of blank paper. After which, Teo Yong Quan would be in-charge of finding the printing shop to make the T-Shirt. We have one shop in mind already in the vicinity of Toa Payoh which is of great convenience. We hope to complete the project flawlessly. Good Luck Team !!!

Today, we did a presentationto Mrs Neo regarding the survey results, we also found out that we have done our presentation wrongly, we should do it on the day when we are to, not drag, and drag and drag. Next lesson we will start to do our masterpiece, which is the T-Shirt for YOG.

9th reflection

this lesson we presented our findings to our teacher.we found out that our presentation had a lot of mistakes and we were suppose to present our project to five teachers in the future. the teacher told us some points we must improve on and so we will work our hardest to improve it. next lesson we can start doing our "jobs" we were assigned to and start our project as we have already gotten the results of our survey. we will all do our "jobs" as good as possible.

Today,

My team and I presented our group survey results through power point to out teacher and have been approved for our tabulated results.

We worked our survey by facebook, studywiz, and going to the public to carry out our survey. We have successfully completed our survey and will hence carry on our next step of out project.
