Reflection on Lesson 3
today, each of our group members have to come up with 4 guiding questions about our project theme. a lot of us were seen racking our brains and i can see that we all all contributing to the theme. as a leader, naturally everyone was looking to me for answers, however, i reckon that this GRACE project is not based on one person. however, i know that our group is very hardworking and i know we will progress through the weeks with even more enthusiasm.

Yes! GRACE about everybody's effort, definitely not just a leader's job. The leader is to encourage others to contribute and inspire the team. You could get the ball rolling by suggesting the first question. The rest is everyone's effort.
